Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

Strong knowledge of cloud-based human capital management systems and their integration.

Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies including agile frameworks.

Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern programming languages.

Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-driven solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
