Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business objectives.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Selenium, API Testing, Java Full Stack Development.

Strong experience in automated testing frameworks and tools to ensure software quality.

In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable code for complex applications.

Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of applications.

Experience in integrating various APIs and managing end-to-end testing processes.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
