Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the software development lifecycle.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.

Strong experience in customizing and extending SAP S/4HANA modules to meet business requirements.

In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.

Experience with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP systems with other enterprise applications.

Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software components for performance and scalability.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
