Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of software components.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in PySpark.

Experience in developing scalable data processing pipelines using PySpark.

Strong knowledge of distributed computing concepts and big data frameworks.

Ability to optimize PySpark jobs for performance and resource utilization.

Familiarity with integrating PySpark solutions into larger software ecosystems.

Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex data workflows.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PySpark.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
