Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables with organizational priorities.

Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).

Experience with asset lifecycle management and configuration management within enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design and implement custom workflows and automation within ServiceNow platform.

Familiarity with integration techniques and API usage to connect ServiceNow HAM with other enterprise systems.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
