Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.

Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and provide effective solutions.

Familiarity with integration techniques and cross-functional system collaboration.

Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
