Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Field Service Management.

Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.

Experience in customizing software solutions to meet complex business requirements.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within enterprise applications.

Familiarity with integration of applications across different platforms and systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Field Service Management.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
