• Responsible for team decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality and performance.
• Familiarity with integrating automated testing tools within continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Skilled in analyzing test results and providing actionable feedback to development teams.
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
