Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.

Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to improve software development processes.

Proficiency in Oracle CCB Technical Architecture.

Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.

Ability to work with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies.

Experience in integrating software components across diverse systems to ensure seamless functionality.

Excellent understanding of software lifecycle management and version control systems.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle CCB Technical Architecture.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
