Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking charge of project efforts, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the intended requirements. The position demands proactive communication and collaboration to drive the project forward while serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The role also includes overseeing the integration of components and managing the overall progress to deliver effective and efficient software solutions.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals.

Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity.



Professional Technical Skills:



Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices related to customization.

Experience in scripting and automation within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform environment.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application customization.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect DELMIA with other enterprise systems.

Capability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
