Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. The role requires continuous enhancement of existing solutions to improve performance and scalability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving project requirements are integral parts of the daily workflow. The engineer applies modern development methodologies to ensure that the software meets specific business objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Splunk, Datadog.

Strong knowledge of application performance monitoring and troubleshooting techniques.

Experience working with agile software development frameworks and continuous integration practices.

Ability to analyze complex system behaviors and optimize software components for reliability and efficiency.

Familiarity with cloud-based environments and monitoring tools to support scalable application deployments.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
