Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.

Ensure the developed applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain optimal application performance.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Experience in designing and configuring custom software applications using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently address complex software challenges.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application design.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and contribute to technical discussions.

Good communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
