Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, facilitating discussions to gather requirements, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that meet user needs. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to team members while ensuring that project milestones are met efficiently and effectively.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and advisory skills.

Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.

Mentor junior professionals, providing guidance on best practices and development methodologies. Professional Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.

Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.

Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the SAP ecosystem.

Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.

This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
