Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of technical efforts to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to promote clarity and understanding.

Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to Salesforce implementations.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
