Roles Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
• Experience in developing and maintaining custom software components using SAP ABAP Cloud environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based application development and integration techniques.
• Ability to work with agile development methodologies and modern software frameworks.
• Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization in SAP ABAP Cloud.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
