• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Experience with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and security best practices in Salesforce environments.
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
