Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks within project deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Apache Kafka.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Platform Engineering, Grafana.

Strong knowledge of event streaming architecture and real-time data processing.

Experience in designing and implementing distributed systems with high availability and fault tolerance.

Familiarity with message brokering, data pipelines, and integration patterns.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance in complex software environments.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Apache Kafka.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
