Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes, ensuring that the software systems meet the required standards and specifications while fostering a collaborative environment among team members.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Utilities Data Conversion design and build experience.

Strong understanding of data integration processes and ETL methodologies.

Experience with database management systems and SQL.

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and practices.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data integration workflows.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). Utilities Data Conversion design and build experience.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
