As a Salesforce Team Lead, you will be responsible for development, implementation, and support of Salesforce solutions across the organization using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex,Lightning Flows and Salesforce platform technologies. You will be responsible to manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions aligned with business goals.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex,Triggers , Flows, Batch Apex,Queueable,Future Apex and related platform technologies.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Lead and mentor Salesforce developers, admins, and support teams and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions within the team
• Assign tasks, review code, and ensure delivery timelines are met
• Conduct technical discussions, sprint planning, and team reviews
• Drive best practices for Salesforce development and deployment
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Javascript Developer 1, Platform Developer I/II
• Exposure to GenAI tools like Agentforce Vibes
• Knowledge of DevOps ,Agile methodology and release management practices.

Professional Technical Skills:

• Must Have Skills:Strong experience in Salesforce platform development Expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and Visualforce Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integrations
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and DevOps tools Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesTeam handling and mentoring experience
• Experience with Experience Cloud or Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud implementations.
• Knowledge of DevOps ,Agile methodology and release management practices.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Javascript Developer 1, Platform Developer I/II .Additional Information: Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in LWC. Experience in leading or mentoring development teams is preferred. 15 years of full-time education is required.Qualification15 years full time education
