Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance while adapting to evolving project requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end OTC and 3PL solution design, covering requirements, process mapping, and integration specifications.

Own all 3PL interface flows using IDoc/API/CPI/EDI to ensure seamless logistics execution.

Configure core SD processes including sales, delivery, billing, pricing, ATP, credit, and master data.

Manage L3/L4 incident resolution, monitoring, root-cause analysis, and stabilization of SD??3PL integrations.

Drive SIT/UAT, validate complete Q2C??3PL flows, and support cutover and hypercare activities.

Act as SD/3PL SME collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and external logistics partners.

Ensure compliance with SoD, audit requirements, and maintain accurate process and integration documentation.

Mentor junior consultants and support capability building and talent evaluation activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.

Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.

Familiarity with database management and data integration techniques.

The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
