Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that the software meets the needs of the organization effectively and efficiently. You will engage with various teams to facilitate smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).

Strong understanding of software configuration management principles.

Experience with business process design and application requirements.

Ability to customize software solutions to meet specific business needs.

Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
