Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.


Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Experience with campaign management and customer journey mapping within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and automation workflows.

Ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other platforms and data sources.

Familiarity with scripting languages and data management within the marketing cloud environment.

Capability to troubleshoot and optimize marketing campaigns for improved performance.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
