The position demands proactive problem-solving, continuous collaboration with various stakeholders, and overseeing the progress of application delivery to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines.

• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize team productivity and product quality.

Professional Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within cloud-based environments.
• Experience in integrating various systems and ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
• Familiarity with best practices in code quality, version control, and deployment strategies.
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Development.
