• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to recommend improvements and innovations within the team.

Professional Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Drupal, PHP (Programming Language), Web Services Standards.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with PHP (Programming Language), Web Services Standards.
• Strong knowledge of content management systems and their customization capabilities.
• Experience in developing and maintaining scalable web applications using Drupal.
• Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs and web services to extend application functionality.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Drupal.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
