Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on a particular phase within the product lifecycle. The role requires applying a broad understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. Daily activities include collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure smooth progress, addressing challenges that arise during development, and continuously adapting to evolving project requirements to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Experience in designing and implementing user interface components using modern web technologies.

Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.

Ability to integrate front-end components with backend services and APIs.

Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
