Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.



Professional Technical Skills:



Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and optimizing database interactions within SAP HANA environments.

Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.

Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of custom software components.

Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
