As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in iterative development cycles, applying modern frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. Collaboration with different stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective software implementations is a key part of your routine. You continuously refine and optimize software to meet evolving business needs, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality deliverables.


Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within enterprise applications.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various systems effectively.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
