Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of tailored software solutions, while continuously overseeing the progress and quality of the applications being developed.


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
  • Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and resolve challenges.


    Professional & Technical Skills:


    Must To Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience with back-end development using Java-based frameworks and tools.
  • Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
  • Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
  • Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing application performance.
  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
