Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the design and implementation of custom software components to meet project requirements.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align software development with business objectives.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions using modern frameworks.

Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within enterprise systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
