Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in application development, ensuring that your team adheres to high standards of quality and efficiency.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Professional Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday US Time Tracking.

Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.

Experience with configuration and customization of Workday applications.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Familiarity with integration processes and tools related to Workday.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday US Time Tracking.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
