This position demands adaptability and a proactive approach to ensure that software solutions align with project goals and client requirements, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement throughout the development cycle.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.

Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and configurations.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system performance.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.


Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Experience in developing reusable components and implementing responsive user interfaces.

Strong understanding of client-server architecture and asynchronous programming.

Familiarity with Salesforce platform features, including Apex programming and Salesforce data models.

Ability to optimize component performance and ensure scalability within complex applications.

Experience with debugging tools and version control systems to manage code effectively.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
