- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

- Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions within Workday Recruiting.

- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Workday Recruiting environments.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
