Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions with your team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, address any challenges that arise, and facilitate communication among team members to foster a productive work environment.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Mentor junior professionals to support their growth and development. Professional Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in PySpark.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Python (Programming Language).

Strong understanding of data processing frameworks and distributed computing.

Experience in application design and architecture principles.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PySpark.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
