Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.

Ensure the applications developed are aligned with organizational goals and comply with established standards.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Flexcube Core Banking.

Strong understanding of core banking processes and their integration within software applications.

Experience in application design, development, and configuration to meet business needs.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Flexcube Core Banking.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
