Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Assist in the documentation and maintenance of software components to ensure clarity and ease of future enhancements.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate system performance and identify bottlenecks.

Experience in designing and implementing performance test plans and scenarios.

Ability to interpret test results and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and techniques to ensure software reliability and efficiency.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
