- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to maintain system reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Experience in performance testing and load testing of applications using Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Ability to analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation within the LoadRunner environment.
- Understanding of network protocols and system architecture to simulate realistic load scenarios.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
