As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications meet the needs of users. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications, while mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the development of project documentation and user manuals.

Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Workday Recruiting.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Studio.

Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.

Experience with integration tools and techniques within Workday.

Familiarity with agile development practices and project management tools.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Recruiting.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
