You will play a key role in optimizing transportation planning, execution, and freight management operations.Roles & ResponsibilitiesWork independently and develop expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP TMActively participate in fit-gap analysis and solution design for S/4HANA migrationCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate transportation requirements into SAP solutionsConfigure and implement transportation planning and execution processesSupport data migration activities, including validation and reconciliationManage transportation processes including:Freight planning and order managementFreight unit and freight order managementTransportation execution and shipment trackingWork closely with EWM and ERP integration processes (e.g., freight order integration with warehouse execution) Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, RICEF objects, and issue resolutionPerform testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolutionEnsure compliance with SAP best practices and clean core principlesProfessional & Technical SkillsMust-Have SkillsStrong proficiency in SAP TM (Transportation Management)Strong understanding of transportation planning and execution processesHands-on experience in:Freight order managementFreight unit planningTransportation execution and trackingExperience with:Transportation lanes and planningCarrier selection and freight costingShipment execution and monitoringExperience in S/4HANA migration (Brownfield/Greenfield) or rollout projectsKnowledge of integration with SAP modules such as:SAP EWMSAP SDSAP MMStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsGood-to-Have SkillsKnowledge of ABAP/debuggingExposure to SAP Fiori applicationsExperience with transportation optimization and routing toolsExposure to global logistics or freight management scenariosAdditional InformationExperience working in SAP S/4HANA TM environments is preferredSAP certification in Transportation Management or S/4HANA Supply Chain is an added advantageExperience in end-to-end supply chain or logistics projects will be beneficial.
