Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that the applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance application performance and user experience, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the development process.Prerequisite for RDE

Translate business processes into AI-driven workflows, integrating Agentic AI patterns and SAPs AI services to deliver scalable, intelligent, and automation-ready applications.

Own end-to-end implementation, from data and model integration through solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment within SAP landscapes and customer environments.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and customer teams to drive AI adoption, optimize models in production, and continuously enhance solution quality and impact.

Experience with Transforming processes with AI infusing Agentic AI innovations in SAP space.

Strategic thinking, client-focused articulation effective demo/communication experience.

Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.

Experience with integration of SAP modules and third-party applications.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori and user experience design principles.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
