Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are tailored to enhance operational efficiency. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to key decisions that impact multiple teams, ensuring that the final product aligns with business objectives and user expectations.Prerequisite for RDE

Translate business processes into AI-driven workflows, integrating Agentic AI patterns and SAPs AI services to deliver scalable, intelligent, and automation-ready applications.

Own end-to-end implementation, from data and model integration through solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment within SAP landscapes and customer environments.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and customer teams to drive AI adoption, optimize models in production, and continuously enhance solution quality and impact.

Experience with Transforming processes with AI infusing Agentic AI innovations in SAP space.

Strategic thinking, client-focused articulation effective demo/communication experience.

Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.

Responsible for team decisions.

Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.

Mentor junior professionals in best practices and application development methodologies.

Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP EWM.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Strong understanding of application development life cycle.

Experience in integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP EWM.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
