Summary:
Hands-on HCM delivery owner who ships Core HR outcomes and integrates workforce data end-to-end using OIC and OCI, with analytics in OAC, deploys Agent AI and Gen AI solutions
Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver Core HR workstreams and support adjacent HCM modules as implemented.
Build and validate HCM integrations in OIC (worker/org, identity, payroll/time feeds).
Partner with ERP teams on hire-to-pay and labor costing touchpoints.
Enable HR analytics and governance reporting in OAC (and FAW/FDI where adopted).
Drive go-live readiness with strong data quality and security discipline.
Prerequisite Agentic AI & GenAI
Deliver HCM GenAI workflows: HR helpdesk deflection, policy interpretation, onboarding assistant, manager copilotintegrated via OIC into Fusion HCM.
Build privacy-safe RAG for HR content (country policies, benefits, leave rules), with role-based retrieval and protected handling of sensitive data.
Implement agent actions with approvals (case routing, document drafting, task creation) and audit logging.
Operationalize quality: evaluation sets, safe-response patterns, monitoring, and incident triage using OCI services.
Report outcomes in OAC: time-to-resolution, deflection, HR capacity release, employee satisfaction indicators.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Worked on AI projects and delivered outcomes
13+ years implementing Oracle HCM depth in Core HR plus at least one adjacent module.
Hands-on OIC delivery working knowledge of OCI foundations and observability.
Comfortable working with sensitive data and controls-driven delivery.
Able to translate HR needs into shippable increments.

Deep: Fusion HCM (Core HR + in-scope modules) OIC OAC OCI foundations Vault as applicable.
Breadth: OIC (Integrations) OCI (IAM, Networking, Logging/Monitoring, Object Storage, Autonomous DB where used) VBCS OAC Vault (as applicable). Cross-pillar touchpoints across the remaining Fusion pillars (ERP/HCM/SCM/CX).
Reliable worker/org data pipelines feeding downstream systems and analytics.
Improved HR operational visibility through dashboards and clean master data.
Lower integration incidents via standardized monitoring and patterns.
