Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create innovative applications that align with organizational goals, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the software solutions are not only functional but also efficient and user-friendly, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Expertise in Salesforce Development with strong hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Lightning Platform.

Advanced proficiency in Apex Programming, including Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Test Classes.

Strong development experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components for building scalable and responsive UI solutions.

Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and data modeling.

Proven capability in designing and developing custom Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs including REST, SOAP, Bulk API, and Platform Events for enterprise integrations.

Experience in implementing and managing integrations between Salesforce and external applications using middleware and web services.

Expertise in Lightning framework, custom components, reusable modules, and client-server communication.

Proficient in Salesforce automation tools including Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Workflow Rules.

Strong understanding of SDLC, deployment strategies, version control, and CI/CD practices in Salesforce environments.

Skilled in troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and resolving complex technical issues.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and deliver scalable technical solutions.

Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud) is an added advantage, including retail execution, visit planning, inventory management, and field sales capabilities.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
