Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the design and implementation of complex software components to meet project objectives.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of software solutions.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within Salesforce environments.

In-depth understanding of integration patterns and best practices for connecting Salesforce with external systems.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.

Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce applications for performance and reliability.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
