The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and effective problem-solving within the team. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system reliability.

Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services, Microsoft Azure Databricks, Microsoft Azure Data Factory, ADLS.

Good to have experience on Azure Functions, Python, SQL, Spark.

Experience with cloud-based data storage, processing, and analytics solutions.

Strong knowledge of data integration and migration techniques within cloud environments.

Ability to design scalable and secure data architectures that support business needs.

Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of data services in cloud platforms.

Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to cloud data services.

The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services.

The candidate should be willing to work from client location in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days a week.
