Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education1. 7 to 9 years experience in ITSM, CMDB, TNI or HAM and/or ITOM development and support projects2. Experience in ATF, ITSM, CMDB, Manual Testing, ETL, Integrations Hub, TNI, HAM, ITOM, Workspace, Flow Designer and/or Change Management3. Experience in working in ServiceNow projects with indepth knowledge and hands-on4. Good in client and people management5. Good communication skills6. Good experience in automation and driving automation initiatives

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
