Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and maintainability.

Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom solutions.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet delivery timelines and business requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Experience in designing scalable and high-performance custom software architectures.

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.

Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques in SAP environments.

Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
