Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role involves coordinating efforts across multiple teams to achieve cohesive and effective software outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system reliability.

Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance overall team performance. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in PostgreSQL.

Strong knowledge of database design principles, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Experience in managing and scaling complex database environments to support high availability and fault tolerance.

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot database-related issues effectively.

Familiarity with integrating PostgreSQL databases within custom software architectures.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PostgreSQL.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
