Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the progress and success of the projects under your supervision. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.

Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM).

Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.

Experience in managing software development lifecycles with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.

Ability to lead technical teams and drive collaborative problem-solving across multiple groups.

Familiarity with integration of supply chain management systems within enterprise environments.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
