Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead supports team members and coordinates efforts to meet project milestones and business needs effectively. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of technical strategies to meet project goals.

Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely resolution of challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP BRIM Contract Accounting FI-CA.

Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solutions.

Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards and quality assurance processes.

Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.

Skilled in leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines.

Familiarity with performance optimization and system integration techniques.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BRIM Contract Accounting FI-CA.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
