As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.

Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize efficiency and product quality.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Red Hat 3scale API Management.

Strong knowledge of API gateway configuration, management, and security.

Experience in designing scalable and high-performance API architectures.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.

Familiarity with cloud environments and container orchestration related to API management.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Red Hat 3scale API Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
